Meet Sade Chase-Marshall, PMP, M. Eng. Licensed General contractor and Managing partner of Uptik Home and a seasoned real estate investor with 11 doors and counting. With over 15 years in the tech industry, Sade has worked with leading companies in the private sector and consulted for the government, specializing in cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and project management. Uptik Home isn’t just about renovation—it’s about securely transforming homes with the latest in smart technology. Combining her expertise in real estate, project management, and cybersecurity, Sade ensures every home is truly ‘Uptik’ by integrating cutting-edge, secure technology into each renovation.

Meet Jessica Chase, an accomplished Architect and retired PMP with over 30 years of experience in the field. Having served as Project Executive on more than 300+ construction projects, Jessica brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to every endeavor. She now serves as the technical advisor for the implementation of renovation projects, ensuring that each project is executed with precision and meets the highest standards of design and functionality.
Managing Partner
Meet Stephen Beaubrun, a skilled General Contractor with over 10 years of experience as a real estate investor. Stephen brings a unique blend of expertise, having worked in the tech industry with a background in risk management, incident management, security analysis, and as a Security Operating Center (SOC) analyst. He is also a former HVAC technician with hands-on home improvement experience. Equipped to marry both industries, Stephen translates his technical knowledge into practical solutions for home improvement, ensuring projects are efficient and secure. His ability to communicate client desires and manage contractors on-site ensures every project runs smoothly and meets the highest standards.

Meet Brinden McGowan, PMP, a highly skilled and creative Mechanical Engineer with 10 years of experience in General Contracting as a Project Manager (PM). His extensive expertise spans managing multifaceted projects from start to finish, overseeing key elements such as budgets, schedules, Requests for Proposals (RFPs), contracts, purchase orders, and material tracking. Known for his leadership abilities, Brinden has consistently built strong strategic alliances with organizations, fostering both new and existing relationships that align with business goals and initiatives. Brinden's success as a Project Manager is marked by his dedication to coordinating with clients, ensuring that their requirements are met, maintaining project scope, and managing subcontractors effectively. His proactive approach has led to the consistent completion of projects on time and within budget, demonstrating his expertise in project execution and client satisfaction
